Quanta is one of the many Taiwanese original device manufacturers (ODM), and is the company that manufacturers most of the devices that Apple offers. Device and design aestetics aside, the mini laptop manufacturers should focus their manufacturing and marketing of laptops and netbooks with embedded broadband. Clearwire Now Live in Las Vegas

Clearwire’s WiMAX wireless broadband is now live in Las Vegas, the fourth US city with wimax capabilities joining Atlanta, Baltimore, and Portland. Clear’s service can be used with any existing laptop, or ones with embedded wimax. You can sign up at Clear.com, and choose daily, monthly, and at home broadband plans.
